Account:

In the event of your utilization of this Website, it is your responsibility to uphold the confidentiality of your account, control access to your computer, and you consent to assume liability for all actions transpiring under your account. Fronthub.io retains the authority to decline the service.

Payment:

Publication project (included in our business services) available on the Fronthub.io Website are paid. By selecting Upgrade to PRO plan, you agree to pay Fronthub.io the monthly subscription fees indicated for that service. Payment will be taken on a prepaid basis on the day you sign up for the service and will cover the use of that service for the monthly subscription period as indicated. Upgrade fees are non-refundable.

Unless you notify Fronthub.io before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to cancel an Upgrade, your Upgrade subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to charge the then-current monthly subscription fee for such Upgrade (and any taxes) using any credit card or another payment mechanism we have on record for you. Updates can be canceled at any time in the Account section.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. All your content will be immediately removed from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered after account cancellation.

Rules updates:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to periodically check this Agreement for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
